Teamlead 3rd Level 100% (w/m/d) What awaits you:
  • You will be leading a small team (2-3) while still actively engaging in the daily business.
  • On a day to day basis you will join the team in investigating technical anomalies escalated by 2nd level support.
  • Together with the team you will act as the single point of contact between the teams supporting customers and the technical departments.
  • For technical matters, such as inquiries around the bexio API, the 3rd level team facilitates the communication with customers.
What we expect from you:
  • You have natural curiosity and a continuous learning and experimental mindset.
  • Troubleshooting complex technical problems is not only an ability but rather a passion of yours.
  • You are looking to take on more responsibility transitioning to a leadership role.
  • The technical stack around LINUX, GIT, MySQL, PHP and/or Java is not new to you.
