Import-export Manager

For our client, a very niche company acting in the luxury industry in Geneva, we are looking for a Import-Export Manager (100%) to join its dynamic team in Geneva.

**Missions**
- You ensure all export/import shipments are expedited in a professional and timely manner with the support of forwarders
- You liaise with local customers to define and organize the shipment in progress
- You follow-up on all the customs formalities
- You ensure compliance with international procedures and regulations (CITES, EUR 1, ATA Carnet..)
- You ensure data of shipping documents
- You negociate pricing with forwarders and control of operational costs
- You have a previous experience in the import/export industry (ideally one experience in a forwarder company)
- You have a knowledge of customs procedures, incoterms
- You speak fluent French and English
- You are customer oriented, with great organizational and time keeping skills
- You are flexible and have the ability to work on your own initiative
