**Commercial Administrator / Procure to pay administrator (50-100%)**

Experis is a leading global provider of personalized recruitment solutions and professionals in the IT sector.

Currently, we are actively seeking a procure to pay administrator for our customer. In this role, you'll be an essential support for ABB Group's Legal and Integrity department. Your responsibilities will span from initiating engagements with law firms to overseeing the monthly invoicing process, estimating accruals, and ensuring timely payments to vendors for their services. You'll collaborate closely with legal counsels, procurement, and controlling teams.

Your role will entail providing crucial financial and administrative support to the Corporate Legal & Integrity team, comprising approximately 50 lawyers. Acting as a central point of contact, you'll handle inquiries, initiate necessary actions, and aid in issue resolution. Your contribution will be pivotal in maintaining the efficiency of processes and procedures within the function.

Reporting directly to the Group Head of Legal Operations and Finance, you'll play a key role in facilitating seamless operations within the department.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Provide assistance to the Legal & Integrity Team within the group by initiating Purchase Requisitions and managing Purchase Orders.
- Maintain regular communication with Law firms on a monthly basis to ensure prompt submission of invoices and estimates for future periods.
- Conduct thorough reviews of invoices to ensure adherence to ABB's guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with the controlling team to ensure accurate reflection of invoices and estimates within our systems.
- Take charge of leading continuous improvement initiatives for the procure-to-pay process within the Legal & Integrity department. Ensure the establishment and adherence to appropriate governance measures and recommend enhancements where opportunities arise.
- Support the implementation of new technologies aimed at enhancing the procure-to-pay process.
- Generate reports on process effectiveness and escalate any issues impacting timely payments.
- Assist in the overall preparation of expenditure reporting within Legal & Integrity.
- Conduct training sessions for new team members to familiarize them with the process, enabling them to efficiently and effectively engage with law firms.

**Must-Have Skills**:

- Graduates of Kendriya Vidyalaya (KV) or similar institutions, or individuals with administrative backgrounds and limited work experience.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a systematic approach and understanding of consequences.
- Proficient communication skills with the ability to effectively present and report activities to stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluent in professional English, both spoken and written; additional languages are advantageous.
- Expertise in Excel for organizing Procure to Pay processes in Legal and Integrity.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to systems like SAP Ariba, Readsoft, and SAP ERP.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Sense of ownership and responsibility for assigned tasks.
