Die b_smart services betreibt 23 eigene Hotels und Motels mit Self Check-in in der Schweiz, im Fürstentum Liechtenstein sowie in Österreich.
Als Servicedienstleister im B2B-Bereich übernehmen wir sämtliche Aufgaben einer klassischen Rezeption zentralisiert an einem Standort und erledigen alle Front
- und Backoffice-Aufgaben auch für externe Hotelbetriebe rund um die Uhr.
Für das Onboarding sowie die Betreuung bestehender und neuer Servicepartner suchen wir einen kommunikationsstarken sowie Sales
- und IT-affinen Teamplayer.
**Diese Aufgaben warten auf dich**
- Projektorganisation von Onboardings (Planung und Koordination von Servicepartner, IT
- Partner, Handwerker und internen b_smart services Ansprechpartner)
- Technische Bestandesaufnahme neuer Hotels und Motels
- Erstellung sämtlicher Onboarding-Dokumentation (Factsheets, Handbücher,
Netzwerkpläne usw.)
- Aufstellung und Kontrolle von Investitions und laufenden Kosten (Hard
- und Software)
- Aktive vor Ort Unterstützung bei technischer Inbetriebnahme
- Kundenbetreuung von bestehenden Servicekunden
- Administrative Unterstützung im Customer Success
**Diese Skills bringst du mit**
- Technisches Grundverständnis (IT-Netzwerk, Software/Schnittstellen, Digitalisierung)
- Erfahrung im Projektmanagement
- Erfahrung im Sales und/oder Kundenbetreuung
- Idealerweise verfügst du über Erfahrung in der Tourismusbranche
- Selbständige, ziel
- und lösungsorientierte Denk
- und Handlungsweise
- hohe Zuverlässigkeit und Vertrauenswürdigkeit
- Hohe Reisebereitschaft
