As Executive Assistant / Office Manager you will make an important contribution to the Trading & Treasury function and will mainly be responsible for the following tasks:

- Assistance tasks for the Head of Trading & Treasury
- Preparation of presentations, analyses, meeting documents, intranet communication Trading
- Organization of events, visitor programs
- Participation in the design of business plans
- Participation in various projects in the area of Trading & Treasury
- Various administrative tasks for the Trading & Treasury function

**Your profile****:
Your profile:

- Banking apprenticeship with further education in business administration an advantage
- Several years of experience as an executive assistant, preferably in banking
- High degree of organizational skills and personal responsibility
- Natural curiosity and high willingness to learn
- Organizational skills, independent, precise and reliable working style as well as communication appropriate to the target group
- Very good language skills in German and English as well as experience in an international environment
- Very good MS Office skills (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
