**Your challenge****:
Are you passionate about information technology and want to help shape the future of identity and access management (IAM)? We are looking for an ambitious Junior IAM Specialist to join our dynamic team and embark on the exciting journey of modernizing our authorization management system with a state-of-the-art Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) infrastructure over the next few years. A thorough familiarization with this exciting topic is a matter of course for us in order to prepare you optimally for your tasks.

**Your profile****:

- Successfully completed training with vocational baccalaureate or HF/FH in the field of information technology. Graduates are welcome
- Previous experience in Identity and Access Management or in the banking sector is an advantage, but not a must. Your willingness to learn and develop is very important to us
- Fluent command of the English and German language, both written and spoken
- A systematic, structured and detail-oriented work style is essential for this position
- Strong technical and logical understanding
- Initiative, ability to work under pressure and a high degree of independence
- Willingness to take on new challenges and responsibility
