- ein Experte für die zugewiesenen Produkte werden
- die Koordination zwischen internen und externen Mitwirkenden zu lenken, wie beispielsweise den Portfolio Managern, Fonds Administratoren, Custodians/Depotbank, Legal und Tax, und operativen Einheiten
- Investieren in Immobilienfonds, FX Währungsabsicherungsgeschäfte vorzubereiten, NAV Berechnungen zu plausibilisieren, Geldbewegungen und Cash Management zu steuern, die Erstellung von Investorenberichten zu unterstützen, usw.
- das Aufsetzen neuer Produkte zu begleiten und zu unterstützen
- Mitarbeit an Kundenpräsentationen und RFPs

Sie arbeiten im Real Estate Multi Manager Product Management Team in Zürich. Wir gehören zu Real Estate & Private Markets (REPM), einem Teil von UBS Asset Management Switzerland AG, der sich vorwiegend auf Immobilienanlagen in Amerika, Asien und Europa fokussiert, - über die wichtigsten Immobiliensektoren hinweg.

**Your expertise**
- Abgeschossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung im Finanzsektor oder ähnlichem
- 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung, vorzugsweise im Fondsmanagement oder der Fondsbuchhaltung
- Kenntnisse von offenen und geschlossenen Fondsstrukturen sowie Verständnis von den wichtigsten Produkt Management Aufgaben
- Starke analytische Problemlösungskompetenz;
- sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office, speziell in Excel, und generelles ausgeprägtes Know-how in der PC-Anwendung
- sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- genaue, sorgfältige und unabhängige Arbeitsweise
