Patient Engagement Partner - Hospital (M/F/d)
This is what you can look forward to:
Focus on patient experience by understanding needs of patients in the market to achieve better state of care through key stakeholder engagement. Helps improve the patient journey experience improvement and be the face of the patient support programs. Work with Key stakeholders to understand patient needs: External STH (HCPs and Institutions) and/ or Internal STH (Launch Navigators, Health Solution Partners, Patient Advocacy Leads, Medical, Marketing, Patient and Health Impact group). Direct patient engagement would be limited to unbranded corporate communication.
- Understand the patient journey and collect insights to identify hurdles and opportunities for partnerships to enhance patient experience in the area of anti-infectives including COVID-19
- Build solutions and initiatives tailored to the patient journey needs (close collaboration with crossfunctional Brand Teams)
- Leverage technology / digital channels to enable better patient experience
- Operationalize implementation of the programs, initiatives, internal process, ongoing oversight or follow-up
- Ensure close communication and partnership with key internal relevant colleagues (already mentioned above)
What you offer:
- University degree in science, economics or equivalent level
- At least 3-4 years’ experience in similar role
- Omnichannel orchestration (Ability to orchestrate the omnichannel-customer-journey to create a seamless experience)
- Hybrid way of working - Strong capability how to drive a virtual call - like it - take the customer on the hybrid journey - excite customers to our hybrid way - truly believe in the new model
- Planning/organization skills - how can I structure my daily work and my agenda (à structure day, prioritize right tasks, customers and channels )
- Communication and presentation skills incl. asking the right questions; good listening skills (à ability to understand customer and customer needs)
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills
- Proven ability to interact with external stakeholders
- In depth knowledge of health care system and access to products
- Agility & Flexibility (& open-minded)
- X-Functional mindset and networking incl. alignment and exchange on customers (to optimize the customer experience)
- Compliance and legal awareness
- Fluent German Good command of English. French for W-part of CH
- Ability to perform an independent administration (self-service)
- SHQA Certificate
- Strong understanding of regulatory framework to ensure an effective and overall compliance
- Increased awareness of compliance
- and risk management in healthcare
- Excellent technical marketing skills incl. digital marketing knowledge, preferably coupled with a specialized degree in that area
- Excellent knowledge and use of concepts driving innovation and digitalization such as Design Thinking, Problem Solving and others
- Excellent project management skills
- Knowledge and experience of Swiss rx pharma-marketing, healthcare and pharmaceutical environment
- Good project management & analytical skills (KPI management)
- Good understanding of legal environment
- High digital understanding
- Driver’s License
- Willingness to travel
- Excellent Microsoft Office & Digital literacy/knowledge
- Flexibility, teamwork and a collaborative mindset
