Au sein de Safran Electonics & Defense, la division **Atomic Clocks & Oscillators **est un leader mondial des horloges haut de gamme en cristal, Rubidium, Maser avec GPS/GNSS intégrés, ainsi que des technologies d’instruments de test associées pour les missions spatiales reposant sur la technologie de l’horloge atomique de haute précision.

**Votre futur poste**:
Le titulaire de ce poste a la responsabilité de l’équipe d’Ingénieurs Produits de Safran Timing Technologies. Ce manager a la charge d’animer et d’encadrer cette équipe dont les ingénieurs (8 à 10) sont les autorités techniques des produits en phase de productions et service chez nos clients.

Dans leurs missions permanentes, les ingénieurs Produits assurent:

- La maitrise des dossiers de définition et de fabrication des produits dont ils ont la responsabilité,
- Le support à la production en cas de problèmes techniques impactant la performance des produits,
- La gestion de la relation technique avec les clients,
- Le pilotage technique des évolutions du produit (amélioration des produits)
- Le support aux Ventes et/ou aux Bid Managers pour les offres commerciales nécessitant un volet techniques spécifiques.

**Vos futures missions**:
**Management de l’équipe**
- Animer et accompagner l’équipe d’Ingénieurs Produits dans les différentes phases de leurs missions : support au offres, management technique des produits, support à la productions, pilotage des améliorations et évolutions des produits,
- Manager les processus RH pour l’équipe,
- Manager les processus d’Ingénierie en relation avec le Directeur de l’Ingénierie (process owner),
- Contribuer au recrutement et à la prise de poste des nouveaux collaborateurs.

**Leadership technique et Managerial (design authority)**
- En cas de difficulté des Ingénieurs Produits dans la conduite de leurs missions techniques, le titulaire contribuera à la résolution des difficultés en assurant une expertise technique qui lui permette de prendre les arbitrages nécessaires, avec si besoin le support d’autres compétences techniques internes (R&D, process et méthodes,)
- Dans certaines situations nécessitant l’implication d’un Manager Senior, le titulaire pilote avec l’Ingénieur Produits la relation technique clients au sein du projet, notamment si le programme comporte une activité d’ingénierie non-récurrente importante (projet Space sous contrat ESA,)

**Parlons de vous:
De formation d' Ingénieur ou Docteur en électronique ou en physique, vous avez une expérience confirmée sur des produits multi-technos (mécatronique, instrumentation,), ainsi que dans le management d’équipes d’ingénierie pluridisciplinaires

Une expérience en développement et conception de nouveau produits, dans le domaine de l’électroniques (Temps-Fréquences, radiofréquence ou radiocommunication) est également souhaitée.

Vous avez gout pour la gestion de la relation client et êtes une personne rigoureuse, méthodique, structurée, pragmatique, avec un esprit de synthèse.

Vous avez le sens des processus métiers et êtes intéressé par les défis de production. Proactif, orienté client et à la recherche de solutions, vous êtes bon communiquant en français et en anglais, aussi bien à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.
