**Product Manager Pharma DACH**:
Our team in **Basel** currently has an opening for a **Product Manager Pharma DACH**

Our Brenntag Pharma EMEA division builds the link between Raw Material suppliers and Medicinal Product Producers and manages the Distribution of APIs, Excipients, Intermediates, as well as Base chemicals with Value-Added Services. We serve the market with our entrepreneurial mindset & vision at the highest quality standard. We actively listen to our partners needs and add value with our customized solutions, acting as a one-stop-shop for the pharmaceutical industry.

You will be part of the Pharma EMEA Industry Market Management team and work closely together with our Sales
- and Pharma Services team across the region DACH. Your responsibility will be to manage product
- and vendor-groups for the pharma industry, focusing on the Region DACH covering Switzerland, Austria and Germany.

**YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Management of product/industry specific suppliers and engaging in business reviews with strategic Industry Market Managers incl. updating of suppliers offers / price negotiations - price management and other requirements and clarifications related to the product portfolio
- Manage new product introductions (product creation and full maintenance in IT systems) and steer product compliance (collaboration with MDG team)
- Inventory management in collaboration with material planning / sales. Definition and implementation of measures for optimal stock management
- Support Regulatory team in connection with customer Regulatory request (documentation request to suppliers)
- Sourcing of new products and collecting market information
- Engage with Purchasing/ Procurement for the purchase order execution and follow-up, as well as stock management
- Build Technical & Commercial support for sales (Product information, Newsletter, Training in collaboration with Industry Market Management)

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- University degree in Science, Management or related discipline
- Product and market knowledge of Pharmaceutical Industry (preferentially)
- 3-5 years experience in the Pharmaceutical
- or Chemical Distribution/Production environment
- Experience as Product Manager will be valued
- Sound computer skills in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SAP, CRM
- Solid presentation skills and fluency in English, both written and verbal
- Availability to travel internationally as required
