Zurich Group Technology and Operations (GTO) is implementing the Group’s internal control framework globally to support the achievement of the Group’s objectives in a reliable, efficient, and compliant manner.

In this role you will work closely with senior stakeholders in our businesses and functions and support the effective implementation and execution of information technology and operations internal controls and strengthen the Group’s oversight over its internal control environment.

**What you will do**
- Drive the GTO internal control roll-out within businesses and functions supporting the scoping, implementation planning, applicability and gap assessment, control activity documentation, and quality assurance activities
- Independently oversee and monitor implementation of the internal control framework
- Build relationships with stakeholders, promote the importance of internal controls, foster awareness and buy-in
- Support the ongoing execution of the internal control system post implementation.
- Participate in initiatives to improve and optimize internal controls to strengthen the control environment and mitigate risks to the organization
- Assess the impact of major external or internal changes to the control environment, assess the impact of internal control issues, monitor actions, and translate into reliable and actionable information for senior management and stakeholders
- Develop and deliver communications, presentations, and training tailored to audiences at various levels

**What you bring**
- Professional certification such as CIA, CISA or equivalent
- 8 or more years of experience in information technology management, internal controls, or audit
- Experience with the rollout and maintenance of internal control frameworks is required
- Experience within complex organizations and virtual teams, as well outsourced services
- Excellent relationship and interpersonal skills, ability to influence and lead without formal authority
- Ability to work independently without close supervision, self-motivated, driven and task oriented, high level of attention to detail, and able to deliver on time under pressure
- Good project management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. Fluent in English, additional languages would be an advantage.
