**Paralegal - Commercial and Disputes**

Aptiv is seeking for a Paralegal to join our international legal team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the team's efforts related to commercial, litigation, dispute, and license matters. Your responsibilities will also include document management and intellectual property legal functions, including database and system maintenance, as well as contract management. Additionally, you will review outside counsel and outside vendor invoices to ensure compliance with billing guidelines and fee structures.

**Your Role**
- Collaborate closely with the international legal team to provide critical support in various aspects of litigation and dispute matters, with a primary focus on intellectual property and technology-related litigation and disputes.
- Manage and maintain documents, databases, and systems and support commercial legal pursuits. Ensure the accuracy, accessibility, and organization of records and documents related to legal matters.
- Assist in the management of licenses and other contracts, including tracking, updating, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
- Review legal invoices to ensure adherence to billing guidelines and fee structures. Report any discrepancies and work with outside counsel as needed.

**Your Background**
- A minimum of 5 years of experience working as a paralegal in a law firm or multinational company, with a strong focus on dispute and commercial work.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to review legal invoices and ensure compliance.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a global and cross-functional team environment.
- A background in supporting international litigation is preferred.
- An understanding of intellectual property laws and regulations related to patents and software are preferred.
