**Position Summary**

**Your Role**
- Software license agreement negotiations and reviews, including advising supply chain management team on risks and developing processes.
- Draft and negotiate Commercial Intellectual Property contracts and documents with suppliers and customers pertaining to software.
- Support Information Security, Cybersecurity and Privacy related contracts, processes, policies, investigations and reviews.
- Advise and consult on matters related to Free and Open Source Software, and assist business with related compliance issues.
- Guide engineers and supply-chain teams on legal implications related to software, machine learning and data products.

**Your Background**
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and admission to the Bar.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an IP Lawyer with a focus on licensing and IP litigation.
- Technical background in software, computer science, electrical engineering, or physics.
- Strong negotiation and contract drafting skills.
- Familiarity with IP laws and regulations, including patent, trademark, and copyright.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and provide sound legal advice to cross-functional teams.
- Experience with M&A activities and due diligence is a plus
