Our People Team is looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead who can support us in our growth following our successful Series A. Being part of the People Team at Archlet means that you will help shape the company’s culture and success by being an integral part of finding and recruiting exception talent to join the A-Team.

**YOUR MISSION**:

- Take full ownership of our talent acquisition strategy across all divisions at Archlet, including hands-on recruitment, process improvements, DEI initiatives, employer branding, pipeline building, and hiring metrics analysis
- Establish hiring needs and manage our hiring roadmap in collaboration with senior executives
- Create and run trainings for relevant stakeholders, e.g. interview training for Hiring Managers
- As we grow, lead a team of recruiters, guide them in their development, and build psychological safety as their team lead

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**:

- At least 3 years experience with full-cycle tech recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing)
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
- Strong data analysis skills
- Impeccable verbal and written communication skills in English

**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Ability to utilise data to evaluate pipeline health, forecast staffing needs and have a strategic impact on the business
- Experience implementing DEI initiative within the recruitment process
- Experience using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Experience running trainings and developing interview questions
- Experience working on a variety of roles & seniorities, especially within tech
- History of collaborating successfully with functional leaders
- Experience managing/leading a team of recruiters
