Deine Aufgaben:
In dieser aufregenden Position spielst du eine entscheidende Rolle für unseren zukünftigen Erfolg im DACH-Gebiet. Du wirst ein talentiertes und engagiertes Finanzteam leiten und deine herausragenden technischen Fähigkeiten sowie Führungsqualitäten einsetzen, um eine Kultur der Höchstleistung zu fördern. Deine Aufgaben umfassen:

- Leitung des Finanz
- und Controlling-Teams mit insgesamt 6 Mitarbeitern.
- Entwicklung, Sicherstellung und Optimierung aller Finanzprozesse, insbesondere in den Bereichen Buchhaltung, Finanz
- und Rechnungswesen sowie Controlling.
- Optimierung und Überwachung des jährlichen Budget
- und monatlichen Forecast-Prozesses für den Großhandel und den aufstrebenden Einzelhandel.
- Verantwortung für alle monatlichen Abschlussaktivitäten und Berichterstattung gemäß HGB, OR und US-GAAP, spätestens 2 Tage nach Monatsende.
- Ansprechpartner für externe Stellen wie Wirtschaftsprüfer, Steuerberater, Betriebsprüfer und Finanzamt.

Dein Profil:

- Beruflich:_
- Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen, Rechnungswesen und/oder Controlling oder einen Abschluss als Bilanz
- oder Finanzbuchhalter.
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position, idealerweise in einem internationalen Umfeld.
- Du bist ein Teamplayer mit natürlicher Führungspersönlichkeit.
- Starke analytische Fähigkeiten, Selbstorganisation und Hands-on-Mentalität.
- Tools:_
- Gute Kenntnisse in JD Edwards oder ähnlichen ERP-Systemen.
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse der Microsoft-Office-Programme (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, OneNote, etc.).
- Sprachen:_
- Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch.
- Sehr gutes Englisch in Wort und Schrift.
- Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil.
