**About Wille Finance**:
We are a Zurich based international family office characterized by a strong entrepreneurial spirit and short decision-making processes. Our focus is on Private Equity (VC & Buyout), Real Estate and Listed Assets. We are a dynamic, young and international team of 25 professionals and in order to grow our portfolio, we are looking for an Investment Manager Private Equity (Buyout).

**Responsibilities**:

- Be one of three buyout experts for investments into profitable small cap companies (20-50 Mio. in revenues with geographic focus on DACH).
- Source your own deals by identifying industries and platform companies suitable for buy & build with a focus on industries with fragmented structure and lean business models.
- Evaluate opportunities from existing deal flow.
- Build a strong network of entrepreneurs, co-investors, banks and M&A advisors.
- Support portfolio companies in identifying and executing add-on deal opportunities.
- Lead investment processes including commercial, tech, financial, tax and legal due diligence, and take the lead in deal related negotiations.
- Actively work with portfolio companies (strategy, change projects, value creation plan, etc.).
- Interim management in portfolio companies if required.
- Support portfolio companies in their digital transformation.
- Exit: Identification of potential exit partners, deal set-up and governing the process.
- Reporting to the _Head_ of Private Equity.

**Profile**:

- Swiss/EU passports or valid Swiss work permit.
- MBA or MSc in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years professional experience, preferably a combination of operational role (start-up or SME) and M&A advisory/management consulting.
- Analytical thinking combined with a hands-on business approach.
- LBO/financial modelling skills.
- Entrepreneurial mind-set and self-starter, able to work in a small team.
- Experience in leading challenging projects with different stakeholders (integration projects, change projects, turnarounds, etc.).
- _ Down_-to-earth-mentality and great interpersonal style.
- Flexible, team player, hands-on, pro-active, dynamic.
- Fluent in English and German, any other language is a plus.
