**Deine Verantwortung**:

- Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer ganzheitlichen Einkaufsstrategie unter Berücksichtigung der SCM-Aspekte.
- Sicherstellung der Verfügbarkeit von Materialien und Ressourcen für die Produktionslinien.
- Verantwortung für das Lagermanagement und die Bestandsführung.
- Durchführung von Marktanalysen und Identifikation neuer Lieferanten und Beschaffungsquellen.
- Verhandlung von Lieferverträgen und Konditionen sowie Preisgestaltung.
- Kontinuierliche Optimierung der Versand
- und Logistikprozesse für maximale Effizienz.
- Führung, Coaching und Weiterentwicklung des Einkaufs
- und Lager-Teams.
- Implementierung von Qualitäts
- und Kontrollstandards im Einkaufsbereich.

**Deine Skills**:

- Abgeschlossene technische Grundausbildung (z.B., Maschinenbautechniker, Elektrotechniker).
- Weiterbildung im Bereich Einkaufsmanagement, Supply Chain Management oder vergleichbare Qualifikation (z.B., Weiterbildung zum Einkaufsleiter, Supply Chain Manager).
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Einkauf und in der Supply Chain, idealerweise in einer Führungsposition.
- Verhandlungsgeschick und ausgeprägte Kenntnisse im Lieferantenmanagement.
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Lagermanagement und Logistikprozessen.
- Analytische Denkweise und strategische Planungsfähigkeiten.
- Führungserfahrung und die Fähigkeit, Teams zu motivieren und zu entwickeln.
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse.
