Head of Corporate Supply Management

In dieser Funktion stellen Sie die weltweite strategische und operative Versorgungssicherheit der firmeneigenen Marktorganisationen und Produktionswerke sicher. Sie sind verantwortlich für die operative und strategische Beschaffung am Hauptsitz sowie für die Corporate Supply Management Organisation mit dezentralen Beschaffungseinheiten in allen Produktionswerken.

**Aufgaben**:

- Weiterentwicklung der Beschaffungsstrategie und deren konzeptionelle Umsetzung
- Gewährleisten eines ganzheitlichen Lieferanten
- und Risikomanagement-Systems
- Weiterentwicklung der globalen Beschaffungsmarktevaluation und des entsprechenden Lieferantenportfolios
- Kontinuierliche Optimierung und Digitalisierung von Beschaffungsprozessen
- Definition und Implementierung einer abgestimmten Warengruppenstrategie
- Standortübergreifende Führung eines fachlich äusserst kompetenten internationalen Teams
- Bereichsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit mit den Peers des Planungs-, Entwicklungs
- und Produktionsprozesses bis zur Umsetzung in den SOPs

**Anforderungen**:

- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position sowie Erfahrung in der Führung von Fachspezialisten an diversen Standorten (Matrix)
- Technische Grundausbildung (z. B. Ingenieur MA/BA/FH/HF in Elektrotechnik, Maschinenbau, Verfahrenstechnik etc.) idealerweise mit Weiterbildung im Bereich Operations-/Supply Chain Management/Beschaffung oder Logistik
- Erfahrung aus der globalen herstellenden Industrie (z. B. Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik, Anlagenbau etc.)
- Hohe Eigenmotivation und Begeisterung für Herausforderungen und Change Prozesse
- Strategisch-konzeptionelles Denken und analytische Fähigkeiten, gepaart mit einem ausgeprägten Prozessverständnis entlang der gesamten Supply-Chain-Kette
- Durchsetzungsfähige Hands-on-Persönlichkeit mit starken Teamplayerqualitäten sowie hoher Sozialkompetenz
- Gute SAP-Anwenderkenntnisse
- Exzellente Argumentations
- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten
- Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch sowie Reisebereitschaft
