Hobson Prior are currently looking for an Associate Medical Affairs to join a brilliant medical devices establishment on a permanent basis located in Burgdorf. Our client is focused on developing easy-to-operate devices for people who suffer from diabetes.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- For this role, you will arrange contributions and coordination of tickets for events/conventions for the medical affairs team.
- Use PPM Tool, with support from the Medical Affairs Director, in supervising and delivering resource requests.
- Support the medical affairs in gathering a presentation/PPT concerning resources and budget deliberations.
- Responsible for E-Training Administration for the Medical Affairs Team.
- You will book/arrange meetings both internally and/or externally and guarantee essential resources are present.
- Any other assigned duties.

**Requirements**:

- Qualification in commercial or business administration.
- Knowledge of contract management and finance and/or familiarity with contract management.
- Acquaintance within MedTech, pharmaceuticals or legal preferably.
- Fluency in both the German and English languages.
