**Your role**
- Do you have a proven sales track record working with UHNW clients?
- Multi-tasking and stakeholder management come naturally to you?
- We're looking for an experienced Sales Developer to:
- partner with Market Heads & Desk Heads to grow our UHNW Switzerland client base
- identifying UHNW client potential (share of wallet), creating cross-selling opportunities and ‘delivering-the-Bank’ to ensure UHNW/Premium Service clients get access to UBS’ best and most suitable capabilities
- provide Market Heads & Desk Heads with systematic insights on Premium Service capabilities and opportunities.
- equip Client Advisors & Relationship Managers with relevant OneUBS/ Premium Service capabilities to meet UHNW/ Premium Service client needs and creating new business opportunities

- You'll be working in the UHNW Solutions Group (USG) Offering & Business Development team in Zurich. Join us on our mission to re-imagining the power of investing by creating needs-based client experience and targeted delivery of premium services to our UHNW clients.

**Your expertise**
- experienced sales professional with passion for UHNW client experience
- fast learner with can-do attitude who enjoys new challenges and approaches them in a structured way
- adaptable and proactive approach while working with colleagues across the firm
- effective communication / networking skills and ability to engage at all levels, building and maintaining relationships
- confidence to work autonomously but within a results/ performance focused team culture
- fluent in English and German - additional language skills of advantage
