**Hauptaufgaben**:

- Koordination mit den Fachbereichen Forschung und Entwicklung (R&D) sowie Operations für eine reibungslose Umsetzung von Änderungsprojekten mit einer ausgeprägten „hands on“ Mentalität
- Absprache mit den betroffenen Fachbereichen und Teams, um die Umsetzung der genehmigten Änderungen zu planen und zu koordinieren
- Erweitern und Optimieren der Änderungsprozessen

**Nebenaufgaben**:

- Projektmanagement innerhalb des Industrial Engineering im Rahmen von Entwicklungsprojekten
- Serienbetreuung diverser Produktgruppen in der Fertigung
- Projektmanagement im Rahmen von Rationalisierungsprojekten, Operations Performance SEB und Zukunftsthemen (z.B. Industrie 4.0)
- Förderung der Unternehmenskultur hinsichtlich kontinuierlicher Verbesserung
- Erstellung und Pflege von Arbeitsplänen

**PROFIL**:

- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Industrial Engineering oder in der Fertigungstechnik
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches/betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit SAP insbesondere in Aufbau, Struktur und Pflege von Arbeitsplänen
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englisch Kenntnisse
- Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägte Moderationsfähigkeit mit hoher Eigenverantwortung
- Kenntnisse in MTM bzw. abgeschlossener MTM-Praktiker Ausbildung sind ein Plus
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office Paket
- Kenntnisse in Projekt
- und LEAN-Management
