Job Summary
Seeking a Digital Project Manager with expertise in BIM, 4D, 5D, and Data Analytics for data center projects (Mechanical and Electrical). Responsible for leveraging digital technologies to optimise project management, streamline workflows, and deliver successful data center projects.

**Responsibilities**:
The Digital Project Manager for data center projects (M&E) optimises project management through BIM, 4D, 5D, and Data Analytics. They streamline workflows, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and provide valuable insights to stakeholders for successful and efficient delivery of data center projects.

Utilise BIM, 4D, 5D, and Data Analytics to optimise project management for data center projects (M&E)
Streamline workflows and enhance cost estimation processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
Provide valuable insights and data analysis to stakeholders
Ensure efficient and timely completion of data center projects
Manage project budgets and resources effectively
Implement innovative digital solutions for improved project outcomes

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Advanced certifications in BIM, project management, and data analytics are preferred
Minimum 5 years as a Digital Project Manager for data center projects (M&E) with a successful track record in BIM, 4D, 5D, and Data Analytics
In-depth knowledge of data center project standards, practices, and regulatory requirements
Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making and project optimisation
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with stakeholders
Commitment to staying updated on emerging technologies and project management tools
Proactive problem-solving and strategic alignment of digital solutions with project objectives
Must have EU citizenship or hold a valid working visa in the region
