**Job Description**:

- Support in the coordination, planning and implementation of various complex, worldwide and interdepartmental projects (new product launches incl. communication campaigns) under direct supervision of a project manager
- Support in the development and redaction of project status reports
- Documentation and follow-up on action items status to ensure timely completion
- Taking appropriate planning measures with all Touchpoints-Owners to reassess and renegotiate scope of work responsibilities and proposals
- Overseeing schedule management plans and providing early warning in case of deviations hindering project results
- Gathering actual status data, updating project schedules, and developing reliable schedule forecasts with input from project team and supervision from a project manager
- Stakeholders Management and Troubleshooter

**Qualifications**:

- Completed Bachelor's degree in the field of business with a focus on marketing or similar
- Good analytical skills as well as systematic and independent way of working
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a diverse team
- Business fluent English and good German skills
- First experiences in project management of advantage

Additional Information
The Bosch PreMaster Program is a two-stage qualification program for committed graduates with Bachelor's degrees who want to complete a Master's degree. After the Bachelor's degree, the first phase provides up to 12 months' practical experience for familiarization with technical and business interrelationships. The second phase comprises the Master's course and includes additional events and seminars as well as personal mentoring on the road to successful completion.
