- maintain a clear understanding of business goals and user needs to identify and articulate high-impact research opportunities to support strategic design decisions and product development
- act as a representative for both points-of-views (client and business) - a UX Strategist is able to lead co-creation workshops to discuss and visualize what each of these perspectives looks like
- understand and prioritize the required UX capacity and skills in accordance with business priorities (OKR principle)
- facilitate between UX design teams (research, design, analytics and design) and the product teams and lead our iterative design process
- understand and use CX measurement systems to demonstrate business impact of human centered design methods and processes
- use clients satisfaction measurement and qualitative client feedback methods to generate opportunities and hypotheses to further improve the client experience and to shape the UX roadmap
- educate product teams and senior management about human centered design principles to improve the overall UX maturity within the organization

**Your expertise**
- higher education (degree from a University/ FH, preferably in Business Administration or Marketing) with minimum 4 years of work experience in SEO, UX and CRO
- good communication and stakeholder management in an agile work environment and able to cope with a dynamic and changing environment in an agile setup
- good knowledge of methodologies and frameworks for UX design process and UX roadmaps
- analytical thinking and pragmatic decision making
- workshop facilitation skills e.g. design sprint, lean ux canvas, business model canvas, value proposition map, empathy map etc.
- journey and experience mapping skills
- self-starter who enjoys being part of a global team, communicative, independent and proactive personality
- excellent English skills (speaking and writing); German skills (understanding) would be beneficial
