As a company ambassador the Visual Merchandiser ensures the implementation of our visual guidelines and execution of all Company direct stores with the goal to to create the best customer shopping experience.

In-Store visual presentation
- To maximize layout and presentation ensuring that Seasonal Guidelines are adapted
- Ensure all standards are perfecly in line with all brands strategy
- Set up seasonal flow according with all brands guideline
- Menage POS material presentation, window banner and seasonal promotion
- Meet with business, stores managers, buyers and retail manager to discuss sales strategies
- Report to HQ sales, analisys and VM feedback action in order to optimise sales
- Constantly train all Company sales staff and management on new directives
- Developing in-store training material and organize sessions
- Test different visuals and compare results
- Create visual merchandising packs to communicate visual guidelines including layout principles, visual dressings and signage - usually applies to those based in a head office
- Be the ambassador of the Company as the example for all store team in therms of sales and VM
- Knowledge of current visual merchandising trends and best practices
- Proven work experience as a Visual Merchandiser or Visual Manager
- Creativity and very elevated visual skills-Energy and enthusiasm a must
- Strong communications skills, both verbal and written in English and German (French high recommended)
- Strong organization and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office)
- Willingness to travel up to 80%
- Driving license
