**RRP Insights Analytics Manager**

**Position purpose**:
The RRP LeadMetrix Insights Analytics Manager plays a key role to bring relevant consumer-related indicators at the core of the steering equation for whole JTI. He/she is responsible for the successful global deployment of the LeadMetrix platform (NPS, CSAT), a global initiative aimed at enhancing consumer insights and driving strategic decision-making within the organization. By understanding consumer preferences, behaviors, pain points, the organization will tailor its propositions and experiences to better meet customer needs, thereby continuously enhancing satisfaction, loyalty, and retention. Ultimately, the goal is to empower the organization with the necessary tools, knowledge, and resources to leverage consumer insights effectively, drive business growth, and maintain a competitive edge in the market.

**What will you do - responsibilities**:

- Collate, synthetize and clearly visualize key consumer experience performance indicators such as drivers of satisfaction, engagement level and retention rates, to propose concrete improvement actions. Develop clear actionable insights focused on specific moments & events of the consumer experience journeys related to key targeted segments, based on collected consumer data to answer specific stakeholder questions
- Craft relevant clear harmonized KPIs sharing reports (dashboards, templates, presentations) to effectively share knowledge and consumers' journeys understanding throughout the company, setting one common holistic picture & language, engaging stakeholders across seniority levels
- generate relevant complementary consumer KPIs benchmarks, within the nicotine universe (key competitors) & from other significant categories and behavioral trends, to enrich collected consumer data and elevate meaningfulness of developed consumer insights. Enable continuous assessment and improvement of the consumer experience through the identified key benchmarks and trends
- Strategically guide the development of one global platform used across markets and regions to systematically understand & address adult consumers' feedback, continuously enhancing our strategy, products and consumer experience
- Support the rollout of LeadMetrix across globally, prioritizing, supporting, and guiding teams throughout the process. Ensure consistency and relevance with overarching business objectives and strategic priorities
- Continuously empower the Consumer Experience KPIs team to evolve its mindset and way of working towards a solid ONE Team spirit, promoting high level of engagement, motivation and collaboration across diverse working squads, cultures and personalities

**Who are we looking for - requirements**:

- University degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Business Informatics or similar field
- 2+ years of experience in developing clear and actionable reporting platform and consumer insights
- Fluent written and spoken English language skills. Any additional language will be considered as a plus
- Strong capability in analyzing, synthesizing and elevating data to an insights level with global relevance
- Experience in using large databases
- Strong expertise in conducting industry, competitor and trend benchmarking
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, PowerBI and Tableau
- Strong team player that values to work in a team where positive energy, openness and trust is key
- Ability to adapt rapidly to change at ease to work in a dynamic and agile environment that is fast paced
