Aufgaben
- Leitung der Pilotierung
- Formulierungsentwicklung zusammen mit dem Entwicklungsleiter oder direkt mit dem Kunden
- Prozessentwicklung auf Pilotanlagen
- Evaluation neuer Technologien
- Entwicklung produktspezifischer Analysemethoden in Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Analyselabors
- Verfassen von Entwicklungsberichten
- Prozesstransfer in die Produktion
- Halten von Fachvorträgen auf Kongressen und Workshops
Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossenes Chemiestudium (Chemiker, Chemieingenieur oder vergleichbar)
- Hervorragendes technisches Verständnis
- Mehrere Jahre Erfahrung im Produktions
- oder Entwicklungsumfeld (Nahrungsmittel, Futtermittel, Pharma)
- Grosses Interesse an Galenik und Verfahrenstechnik
- Verantwortungsbewusst, zuverlässig und selbständig
- Gute Englisch
- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
