Project Manager R&D (M/F/d)

In this role, you will perform the following duties:

  • Lead product development projects according to internal product development process
  • Leading and motivating interdisciplinary project teams (specialists from mechanics, embedded software, electronics, testing, production integration, etc.)
  • Assistance in development of processes and documentation in the area of project management
  • Resultoriented planning, budgeting and implementation of projects, with regards to deadlines, work capacity, development costs and investments
  • Setting up, implementing and taskrelated adjustment/improvement of an appropriate and efficient project organization
  • Organization and execution of project milestones to decisionmaking bodies as well as project reviews
  • Coordinating and ensuring communication within the team as well as internal and external departments
  • Regularly prepare and present status reports to project steering committees, stakeholders, and management

For this exciting and diverse position, you will bring the following:

  • Technical education with a degree (HF, FH or higher) in mechanics and/or electronics
  • Several years of experience in project management in an industrial development environment
  • Several years of experience in managing complex projects and/or in a multiproject environment
  • Project management certification (IPMA, PMI, or similar)
  • Experience in the use of ERP (SAP) and PLM systems is desirable
  • Fluent in written and spoken German and English
