For our client, an international orientated Pharma company in Basel we are looking for a reliable and motivated (M/F/d)
**Leadership & Team Coach for Behavioral Science discipline 60-80%**:
**AUFGABENBESCHREIBUNG**:
- Co-create, implement and bring the individual Coaching and Team coaching for the business area's/business team's improvement of decision quality to life
- Work with the other Social Science Experts, Data Science Experts and Behavioral Science Experts on creating a great experience for the individuals/participants of the business area/business area and them as a team
- Intersect with the UX Design Lead to bring this experience to the business area/business area team or participants/customers to life (having human-centered design in mind)
- Work with the Data Science Experts and Information Architects to understand and get trained on the newly created digital solution/tool
- Co-design and facilitate team workshops for the business area to bring them on the journey of maturing their individual self-awareness, their team profile awareness and building a strong foundation for psychological safety
- Practice data-drivenness, build data literacy and feed into the Data Science discipline pro-actively in the work you do
- Individual coachings using the personality tools and other tools of our discipline
**ERFORDERLICHES PROFIL**:
- 7+ years experience in coaching Leaders individually
- Master Degree in Psychology, Positive Psychology, Cognitive Studies, Linguistics or related field, an additional business degree is a plus
- At least 7+ years of business experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, chemical or related sector
- Confident in collaborating with senior stakeholders
- fluent English skills, any other languages is a plus
- Experienced designing and facilitating workshops for bigger teams or large groups
- Coaching experience, preferably with license on specific tool(s) or accredited certification (Professional Certified Coach (ICF, PCC) Certificate), GROWTH 1.0 Licensed Partner of ICQ Global)
- Great team spirit and willingness to be hands-on delivering this service to the business area
- Enthusiasm for people development and keen eye for connecting the dots
- Experience in uncovering hidden team dynamics and supporting teams in finding solutions to unlock potential
- Experience with or previous exposure with Data Science or be data literate at mínimal degree or strong interest/willingness to learn about it
- Good understanding of the agile values and methodology, experienced in working with agile teams
