**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**
This role is part of the Digital team, which is a multicultural team of highly motivated professionals managing several e-commerce’s and all the digital activations around them. It is crucial for this role that you have previously worked with Salesforce and Marketing Cloud and that you understand the importance of CRM campaigns within the ecosystem.
**Reports to**:E-commerce, CRM, and Social Media Deployment Lead
**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Supervise and analyze our automated CRM campaigns and support the team to optimize them.
- Content understanding and supervision of copy and visuals, flexible planning of actions incl. coordination with other departments and off-/online communication.
- Managing projects with our technical development agency and internal stakeholders.
- Overseeing and supporting the different digital projects in scope and being the timeline guardian
- Finding and coordinating synergies with other teams to identify successful loyalty strategies.

**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or relevant field or equivalent experience
- Previous experience in digital marketing / e-commerce
- Proficient English **and/or** French **and/or** German
- Experience in working with Salesforce and Marketing Cloud
- Working knowledge of reporting and analytics tools
