**Your role**
- RWA, LRD and LCR are not just acronyms to you? Do you have a proven track record of analyzing big data and convert complex findings into simple presentations? Do you want to go the extra mile in helping us understand our pricing strategies across many booking centers?
- We’re looking for a Segment/Resource Manager to:
- manage the pricing and CA incentive of b/s products of WM Europe
- be the go-to person for our Client Advisors on getting our largest lending deals done profitably
- assess and identify discounting trends to enhance our pricing culture and PnL
- gather external and internal data to better understand our clients and the markets we operate in
- support product teams on pipeline initiatives and managers on revenue growth and efficiency potential

**Your team**
- You’ll be working in the Resource Management team in Zurich. Our team is responsible for supporting the profitability growth strategy of WM Europe. You’ll play an important role in helping the front teams to develop and grow their client books. We achieve this by staying on top of balance sheet economics, educate and advise Client Advisors and Senior Management, drive product innovation, and propose and execute pricing and optimization measures.

**Your expertise**
- Ideally 5 years of experience within the finance sector
- solid understanding of the wealth management business, including the product landscape and balance sheet implications
- strong conceptual, analytical and data handling skills, particularly with MS Excel
- self-motivated and passionate about profitability and efficiency, with solid presentation skills
- proactive, critical thinker with a collaborative personality
- strong planner focused on organization and details, with no problem delivering against tight deadlines
- fluent in English
