Wir suchen für ein renommiertes Schweizer Handelsunternehmen in der Agglomeration von Basel mit einer breiten Palette von Verbrauchsgütern, eine/n erfahrene/n

**Category Manager/in Reinigung100%**:
**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Selbständige Betreuung des zugeteilte Lieferantenportfolios (Sortiment, Strategie, Planung, Forecast, Preisverhandlungen, Zahlungskonditionen, Jahresgespräche, Kennzahlen, Rückvergütungen usw.)
- Sortimentsanalyse, -gestaltung, -entwicklun, -straffung des zugeteilten Bereichs
- Regelmässige Konkurrenz-, Markt
- und Produktanalysen
- Sicherstellung/Überwachung einer wirtschaftlichen Preis
- und Margenpolitik (EP, VP, Marge)
- Vorantreiben von Neuprodukt-Launches vom Sourcing bis zur Markteinführung
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den zuständigen internen und externen Stellen
- Planung und Durchführung von Schulungen und Weiterbildungen (intern wie extern)

**Ihr Profil**:

- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung **mit vorzugsweise einer Weiterbildung im Bereich Einkauf**:

- Berufserfahrung im Produktmanagement, Categoymanagement und/oder Einkauf in einer vergleichbaren Funktion
- Berufserfahrung im Bereich Reinigung oder ähnlich von sehr grossem Vorteil
- Ausgesprägtes technisches Verständnis (Reinigungsmaschinen)
- Gutes IT-Verständnis, gewandt im Umgang mit ERP-Programmen
- Muttersprache Deutsch (stilsicher in Wort und Schrift), sehr gute Englisch
- und/oder Italienischkenntnisse
- Belastbare, flexible, engagierte und verantwortungsbewusste Persönlichkeit
- Gutes Verhandlungsgeschick
- Kommunikationsstark
- Verständnis für digitale Prozesse
- Pro-aktive, eigenverantwortliche und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
- Arbeitspensum: 100%
