Unsere Business Unit Elastomer
- und Dichtungstechnik unterstützt mit seinen technischen Experten beim Standardsortiment sowie bei kundenspezifischen Anwendungen. Für die Entwicklung von massgeschneiderten Lösungen, profitieren unsere Kunden von Services wie Co-Engineering, Prototyping, 3D-Druck sowie der Fertigung von Klein-Serien von Dichtungen und Formteilen am Standort in der Schweiz.

- and Compliance Manager Polymertechnology 80-100% (w/m/d)
Deine Aufgaben
- Du trägst die Verantwortung für die Produktqualität.
- Du managst das Qualitätsmanagement entlang der gesamten Lieferkette (eigene Produktion & Partner) für unser gesamtes Gummisortiment kundenspezifischer Teile.
- Du arbeitest an Kundenprojekten / Co-Engineering-Projekten mit.
- Du leitest Kundenprojekte (Claims & New Business).
- Du kümmerst dich um das Compliance Management im Bereich Polymertechnologie.
- Du arbeitest im Material Development Team (international) mit.
- Du entwickelst gemeinsam mit externen Partnern.
- Du unterstützt bei Herstellprozessbeurteilungen und Audits.
- Du löst kritische Qualitätsbeanstandungen über das gesamte ET-Sortiment inklusive Dokumentation im ERP-System und Root-Cause-Analyse.
Deine Talente und Erfahrungen
- Du hast einen Master in Materialwissenschaften, Chemie oder Maschinenbau (oder Bachelor mit Berufserfahrung).
- Du bringst Erfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement mit.
- Du hast Erfahrung im Bereich Elastomertechnik oder Kunststofftechnik.
- Du sprichst Deutsch fließend und beherrschst Englisch verhandlungssicher.
- Du besitzt eine starke Problemlösungsmentalität und -methodik.
- Du bist eine offene, zugängliche Persönlichkeit.
