**Risk and Compliance Manager**

Within the Office of Legal & Information Security, you will be responsible for risk and general compliance. This is a unique position as you will drive the development of Enterprise Risk management, using both a management and hands-on approach within technical, economical and legal areas.

**Your mission**

You interact with different internal stakeholders, audit and assurance partners, and communicate with some of our leading global customers. You will need both to be strategic and “roll up your sleeves”, and work with different teams, yet remain professional enough to interface with auditors, customers, and management. In this multi-faceted role, you will experience both personal and career growth.

**Key responsibilities**
- Risk management_
- Be responsible for enterprise risk management and develop and implement suitable risk management strategies.
- Ensure systematic risk identification and monitoring, develop action plans and monitor their implementation.
- Act as an advisory specialist to support risk assessments and mitigations in other departments, ensure effective communication and consolidate findings.
- Prepare and present risk reports and assessments to Management.
- Ensure systems and processes are in place to monitor key risk indicators, mitigation actions, initiate timely actions and escalation processes.
- Support compliance objectives_
- Independently identify and contribute to the further development of customer-oriented and efficient compliance processes
- Support governance, risk & compliance activities such as audits, reviews and developing policies, supporting business continuity measures, and data privacy activities
- Serve as compliance focal point, as well as interface with customers_
- Maintain and develop internal communication and training about compliance
- Act as internal focal point, working with stakeholders across the organization
- Working closely with the Compliance Officer, the CISO, the DPO and other other teams across the organization
- Develop customer communication and documentation as needed

**Your profile**

Required:

- Bachelors degree in economics, or IT Security with additional risk management education
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience overall, in risk and compliance roles
- Deep expertise in some key risks / processes (e.g. risk and compliance or auditing, on-boarding and periodic vendor/supplier reviews, etc.)
- Ability to lead and steer complex transformation/regulatory/strategic projects in risk&compliance, and across lines of defense.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, as well as project management experience.
- Passionate for the IT industry, and able to connect the dots between business and technology.
- A flair and ability to deal with client relationships at senior executive level.
- Collaborative, proactive, bold and outspoken.
- Fluent in Business English and German

Desired:

- Multiple security / compliance related certifications
- Experience with ISO-Norms e.g. ISO 27001, ISO 31000 and/or other relevant standards
- IAPP/privacy certification or other privacy-related experience
- Experience at a multinational organization or company e.g. 3-5 years experience in a “Big 4” or equivalent consultancy or larger organization working in the area of risk and compliance
