**Job **Description**

The Data Analytics and Systems team is a key pillar of the Global Operational Risk function. This role provides services globally in relation to operational risk data and systems. Those services include _change-the-Bank _related initiatives for the continuous improvement of the Risk function, as well as _run-the-Bank _operations for regular activities related to internal and external reporting. The incumbent is experienced in banking or finance and an expert in relevant banking regulations. The expected mindset is one that is willing to contribute taking the Risk function to excellence, with an entrepreneurial approach to resolving issues. Seeking continuously solutions for automation, simplification and digitization is a daily agenda. As a leader, an open and inclusive approach to management is essential to motivate and develop staff under his or her responsibility.

**Main responsibilities**
- Leading and managing the Data Analytics and Systems team, within the Operational Risk Department.
- Identifying and implementing changes in operational risk framework and oversight effectiveness with data driven analysis and methodology. Proposing and implementing solutions to continue enhancing data structure, collection, computation, and analysis, including automation.
- Liaising with the Finance Division and other Departments within the Risk Division for the calculation of risk-weighted assets. Preparing regulatory reporting in collaboration with the Finance Division.
- Ensuring the maintenance, development and support for the Governance, Risk and Control platform as well as for the operational risk reporting framework.
- Preparing and contributing to the preparation of regular and ad hoc reports on risk assessment, risk profile, data analysis for the Global Head of Operational Risk and ultimately the Bank’s governing bodies.
- Contributing to broader Bank-wide projects related to cloud migration, data governance and others in relation to the continuous enhancement of the Operational Risk function.

**Skills and experience**
- Master Degree in banking, finance or equivalent.
- Minimum of 10-15 years’ experience in a risk function in banking or the finance industry.
- Expert knowledge of banking prudential regulations.
- Experience in process improvement and in project management.
- Capacity to lead and develop a team of experts in data analysis and systems.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, including report writing skills.
- Fluent in English both written and spoken, German, French and Italian are a plus.
- Strong sense of initiative, accountability, and adherence to deadlines under pressure.
