- As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the key liaison between our valued customers and Amcor Flexibles EMEA. Your role is pivotal in ensuring top-notch service delivery and enhancing customer satisfaction. We're looking for someone with a strong customer-centric mindset, capable of working independently and within a team, while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement.- Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end customer demand, from order placement to delivery, ensuring efficient and effective service.
- Proactively identify and resolve customer issues, striving for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with various internal teams to monitor and meet customer requirements.
- Expedite rush shipments and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery.
- Support demand planning by sharing customer forecasts and addressing potential shortages or delays.
- Manage customer complaints and maintain high standards of service.
- Key Deliverables:
- Foster customer loyalty through positive engagement and service excellence.
- Maintain service processes and standards to uphold our customer-centric culture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a world-class customer experience.
- Consistently achieve high levels of accuracy in service delivery.
- Qualifications:
- Formal Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum **3 years' experience** in a similar role, preferably in packaging or manufacturing.
- Experience with SAP and good **Excel skills** are advantageous.
- Fluency in **English** and **German **(local language) is required.
- Specific Skills and Abilities:
- Customer-focused with a results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build collaborative relationships and manage time effectively.
- Self-motivated and capable of working within a diverse team structure.
