**HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?**

Our Talent Acquisition professionals are the ambassadors of change and define the future of our organization and the luxury industry. You will make an impact by aligning the Talent Acquisition efforts of our Europe Region, bringing together our local Talent Acquisition professionals to drive success in capturing the best talent.

As part of our Talent Acquisition community, you will be acting on a regional but also on a global level. We will rely on you to co-drive our One Team spirit and help elevate the skills of our Talent Acquisition “detectives” to go far past the “only CV” assessment method and uncover true potential.

**HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCESS WITH US?**

As a keen talent detective, no method of headhunting is foreign to you as you have a curiosity to keep up with new methods and technical advancements in the field of Talent Acquisition.
- You will be responsible for the Talent Acquisition Strategy for Europe, analyzing needs and ensuring an agile working model that will meet business hiring needs and the growth of the Region
- You will animate the European Talent Acquisition community, monitor performance and address upskilling or performance optimization needs
- You will be responsible for the European Talent Acquisition Internship structure, training them and ensuring they develop into strong headhunters, while they fill our pipelines with great talent and assist our Talent Acquisition across markets
- You will encourage collaborative recruitment across the Region, thinking of initiatives, assignments and ways of working that will strengthen the Region as a whole
- You will monitor and direct the employer branding vision & quality for the Region
- As an expert in headhunting transformative talent, you will supply the Region with exceptional talent that will help us define and craft the future of luxury, especially focusing on higher level roles
- You will drive the future of recruitment of Richemont and be a key player in ensuring we continually develop our approach, integrate inclusive and bias-free methods and provide excellence of service to internal and external clients.
