**Your Mission**:
- Make us more relevant: You have a deep understanding of our communities and target audiences, supported by research. You use this understanding to identify where we won’t just reach these groups, but truly build connections that deliver on long term and short term ambitions. You understand what it takes to build a brand in the modern world and how to use media to do it.
- Make us more commercial: You understand our business. How we are positioned, the competitive landscape and how the category is evolving. You understand how to read and interpret business data and can have bigger picture discussions that bring together evolving business needs with what’s going on in the real world, with real people. You think about how upper funnel media planning can drive the business, and understand how to build ecosystems that deeply connect these efforts to commercial objectives.
- Make us more integrated: You are able to see the whole picture across media, within our and bring it to life for the team. That means partnering with team members to build customer journeys that consider all the different points of entry the brand can build - from digital channels to new types of media - and choosing the right ones for the task at hand. For this role, we’re looking for an individual who excels in media planning, buying, and creation - IE the forging of new types of partnerships. They should also be equally comfortable building the annual media plans that map out what we do when, and why, to reach and engage these communities in partnership with those in the market. That involves connecting brand media efforts with others across the funnel into one seamless journey.
