Für unser international aufgestelltes Brand Management Team suchen wir Verstärkung. Als Brand Strategist für unsere beiden Brands Digitec und Galaxus in der Schweiz bist du unter anderem verantwortlich für die Ausarbeitung der Marketing
- und Kampagnenstrategie. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit den Head-ofs des Marketing bzw. dem CMO sowie den anderen Marketingteams zusammen, speziell mit der Creation und dem Media Planning. Du stellst Rahmenbedingungen und Ziele für die Kampagnen fest und bist dabei im engen Austausch mit den verschiedenen Projektleitungsteams. Du trägst kampagnenübergreifende Learnings zusammen, identifizierst die richitgen Hebel und Stellschrauben, damit wir mit stetigen Optimierungen und Neuentwicklungen die ambitionierten Marketing
- und Unternehmensziele erreichen. Zudem arbeitest du an der Durchsetzung einer einheitlichen und zielgerichteten Umsetzung der Brand Identity in der Schweiz und Deutschland mit, initiierst und setzt Projekte um und förderst im Unternehmen das abteilungsübergreifende Markenverständnis.

**Aufgaben**:

- Du erarbeitest die Marketingstrategie und Jahres-Kampagnenplanung für Digitec und Galaxus in der Schweiz anhand der übergeordneten Unternehmens
- und Marketingzielen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Head-ofs vom Marketing bzw. dem CMO und dem Teamlead Campaign Management:

- Du formulierst konkrete Kampagnen-Ziele (Kernbotschaften, KPIs)
- Du erstellst die Kampagnenstrategie mit Mediamix und entsprechender Budgetallokation
- Du trägst die Learnings aller Kampagnen zusammen und erkennst die richtigen Hebel und Potentiale für stetige Optimierungen und setzt dieses gesammelte Wissen bei der laufenden und zukünftigen Marketingstrategie und Jahresplanung wieder ein.
- Du arbeitest bei der langfristigen Brand Strategie der beiden Brands in allen Märkten mit und bist verantwortlich für die Planung und Umsetzung davon abgeleiteter Entwicklungsprojekten.
- Du überwachst den Gesamterfolg der Marketingstrategie mittels Kampagnentracking und Brand-Studien (u.a. Image und Bekanntheit) zusammen mit dem internen Market Researcher Team.
- Du initiierst Brand Development Projekten zur Etablierung und Festigung unserer Markenidentität, intern wie extern, und setzt diese eigenverantwortlich um.
- Du leitest zusätzlich ausgewählte Kampagnen oder Marketingaktivitäten, von der Planung über Konzeption bis zur Umsetzung und abschliessender Erolgskontrolle.
- Du rapportierst an den Head of Brand Management.

**Anforderungen**:

- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Ausarbeitung von Marketingstrategien und Leitung von channelübergreifenden Kommunikationsprojekten (on-/offline)
- Fundiertes Knowhow in der strategischen und operativen Markenführung
- Abgeschlossenes Studium (mindestens Bachelor) im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation, Betriebswirtschaft, idealerweise Studium (CAS, MAS) im Bereich Brand Management
- Ausgeprägtes analytisches und vernetztes Denken verbunden mit starken Netzwerkfähigkeiten und einem Marktingdisziplinenübergreifendes Verständnis (insbesondere den digitalen Marketingtechniken und -Mittel)
- Vertieftes Brand-Verständnis und Gespür für Aufmerksamkeitsökonomie und gestalterische Konzepte
- Fähigkeit zu lösungsorientiertem und pragmatischem Handeln und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- Hands-on Mentalität und kooperative*r Teamplayer*in
- Tadellose Deutschkenntnisse, gute Englischkenntnisse
