Die **Abbott Diagnostics Division **(ADD) am Standort **Zürich/Baar** (Schweiz) sucht ab sofort einen:
**Field Service Lead** **/ Field Service Supervisor -** Diagnostics**

In dieser Position sind Sie verantwortlich für das Management der Diagnostics Field Services in der Schweiz und arbeiten dabei eng mit den Abbott-Ambassadoren zusammen, um die bestmögliche Kundenzufriedenheit zu gewährleisten.

**Ihre Aufgaben**
- Management von Stakeholdern, einschließlich Schlüsselkunden
- Leitung und Koordination des Technical Service Teams in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den District Customer Experience Managern
- Festlegen und Erreichen von Key Performance Indicators und Kundenzufriedenheits-NPS-Werten
- Teilnahme an Kunden-Business-Reviews
- Überwachung der Gerätezuverlässigkeit und der Kosten für den Geräteservice und Management aller eskalierten Servicefälle, um eine zeitnahe Lösung zu gewährleisten
- Erreichen des Außendienst-Kostenplans
- Verwaltung und Kontrolle des Ersatzteilbestands, um sicherzustellen, dass die Service-Levels eingehalten und die OOH- und Lagerbestände gemäß Plan oder IBP kontrolliert werden
- Rekrutieren, schulen, coachen, entwickeln, motivieren und binden von technischen Service-Spezialisten
- Implementierung von Bereichszielen und Incentive-Plänen und Durchführung des PEx-Prozesses für das technische Serviceteam
- Sicherstellen, dass der Service alle Qualitäts-, Verfahrens
- und Prozessanforderungen vor Ort und im Geschäftsbereich erfüllt
- Der Erfolg in dieser Rolle wird an der Erreichung des Servicelevels, der Kundenzufriedenheit (NPS), der Erreichung der Service-Kennzahlen und dem wirtschaftlichen Wachstum und der Rentabilität im Bezirk gemessen.

**Ihr Profil**
- Bachelor-Abschluss oder gleichwertige Erfahrung. Abschluss in Medizintechnik, Elektrotechnik, Maschinenbau oder Medizintechnik wird bevorzugt.
- Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung eines technischen Außendiensts in der Vertriebs-/Medizin
- oder Dienstleistungsbranche
- Produkt
- und Branchenkenntnisse innerhalb der (Labor-) Diagnostik
- Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Kundenorientierung, Fähigkeit, Probleme zu identifizieren und deren Lösung aktiv voranzutreiben
