For our client, we are looking for someone to launch a new family and set-up its structures from scratch. The job will be physically based in Lausanne, with business trips in Germany and Switzerland.

**Your activities at your future employer**
- You develop and implement the strategic vision and mission of the family office
- You manage the day-to-day operations, including financial management, investment analysis, and risk assessment.
- You oversee the family existing assets in Europe, mostly Switzerland and Germany
- You are the financial head of operations for every new projects
- You build the family office in terms of organisation and strategy
- You recruit your future colleagues to support you
- You analyse and suggest new opportunities to the family

**Your strengths for your future employer**:

- You bring at least 10 years of relevant experience in a family office or private equity. Knowledge of real estate is also an asset.
- You have a proven track record of successfully launching and managing financial operations
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset and are willing to build up a structure from scratch
- You have strong leadership and communication skills
- You are perfectly fluent in English. German language skills represent a great asset
