**Vos tâches**:

- Responsable du Global Service Center national pour l’externalisation des tâches et la mise en œuvre des processus, réalisation des audits et validation des nouvelles opportunités d’externalisation, création des instructions de travail et responsable de la formation du GSC, ainsi que de l’évaluation complète des performances
- Responsable de l’Autorating (facturation automatique), préparation des feuilles de tarifs et des configurations des nouveaux clients, évaluation des KPI’s, gestion de l’équipe de maintenance des tarifs.
- Soutien national des superusers pour la plateforme financière S21 (maintenance utilisateur, erreurs opérationnelles)
- Expert national pour les domaines spécifiques suivants : facturation, filtres de recherche, tarifs (coût automatique / estimation), sailing schedules (itinéraire de navigation), suivi des conteneurs, Milestones/Tasks/ Events (évènements visibles par les partenaires et clients sur le suivi) fret maritime/service à la valeur ajoutée (sécurité, matière dangereuse, contrôle des temps), gestion des documents électroniques / eDoc (gestion des archives documentaires, gestion des profils, création RTC, traitement et livraison)
- Soutien des formateurs nationaux en étant le premier point de contact dans les domaines définis
- Examen du processus d’excellence du fret maritime et conduite d’implémentation
- Fournir son expertise sur les processus locaux, mise en place et suivi des meilleurs pratiques (Best Practice)
- Exécution d’audits internes / GEMBA pour surveiller le respect des processus, évaluer la conformité et les opportunités d’amélioration des processus

Votre profil:

- CFC de transitaire ou formation jugée équivalente
- **Expérience minimum de 5 ans dans le domaine du transport maritime**:

- **Bilingue français/anglais, allemand un atout.**:

- Excellentes connaissances des procédures import/export et de la douane suisse, et plus généralement des transports internationaux
- Aisance avec les chiffres et excellentes compétences rédactionnelles
- Excellentes connaissances des outils informatiques (MS Office etc.) et du CargoWise
- Vous êtes de nature organisé/e et aimez gérer de nombreuses tâches en parallèle

Au bénéfice d’un esprit analytique et d’un sens prononcé de l’initiative, vous êtes reconnu/e pour votre savoir-faire dans la résolution des problèmes, ainsi que dans la conduite et la motivation d’équipe.

Vous savez gérer les priorités même en période de stress et les communiquez, dans le souci de toujours trouver la solution la plus adaptée.

Vous appuyant sur une solide expérience en matière de transport et doté/e d’une certaine polyvalence, vous souhaitez vous investir dans une équipe dynamique au sein de laquelle vous pourrez mettre à profit votre expérience.
