**Vos tâches**
- Tu définis la stratégie d'offre et de promotion du domaine des fruits et légumes et tu es responsable du chiffre d'affaires et de la marge pour ton secteur.
- Tu détermines la structure de l'assortiment en tenant compte des contraintes budgétaires et en visant à maximiser la performance globale.
- Tu mets en œuvre la stratégie Food avec ton équipe, que tu diriges et développes (2 Product Manager et 3 gestionnaires).
- Tu gères des projets internes et externes, tu élabores des propositions de concepts saisonniers et d'agencement de magasin et tu es responsable de la mise en œuvre.
- Tu conçois et renouvelles l'assortiment, réalises des planogrammes, observes la concurrence et détectes les nouvelles marques et tendances.
- Tu gères et négocies activement avec les fournisseurs en tenant compte du positionnement, du pricing et du plan de développement.
- Tu es l'interlocuteur/trice des parties prenantes telles que la logistique, la comptabilité ou le marketing.

**Vous apportez**
- Tu as de l'expérience et une grande passion pour les fruits et légumes en tant que produits.
- Tu as de connaissances en gestion d'entreprise et en marketing, ainsi que des compétences analytiques et stratégiques.
- Tu as au moins 3 ans d'expérience professionnelle dans le domaine des achats/de la gestion des produits.
- Tu t'y connais en gestion des fournisseurs.
- Tu as déjà dirigé une équipe et tu aimes accompagner les gens dans leur développement professionnel et personnel.
- Tu communiques avec conviction et aisance avec différents groupes cibles.
- Tu es très intéressé(e) par l'informatique, tu te familiarises rapidement avec les nouveaux systèmes et tu utilises avec aisance les programmes MS Office courants.
- Tu parles couramment le français et tu as en outre de très bonnes connaissances en allemand, l'anglais étant un avantage.
