For our state-of-the-art location in Zurich we are looking for a:
Transplant Operations Lead (f/m/d)

Tasks
- Responsibility for hair transplanters and hair transplant assistants
- Direct contact person for hair transplanters and hair transplant assistants
- Responsibility for the induction and training of new and existing hair transplanters and hair transplant assistants
- Optimization of procedures within the hair transplantation processes
- Control and monitoring of compliance with quality assurance, hygiene and other guidelines
- Supporting the recruitment of hair transplanters and hair transplantation assistants

**Requirements**:
Functional requirements
- You have experience in selecting hair transplanters and, therefore, check their know-how during the hiring process, already. Accordingly, you have the relevant network to support the HR with your industry knowledge, on top
- You have experience in leading teams so that you can act as the main contact person for all hair transplant teams, train the teams and define the processes, internally
- On top of this, you will be responsible for the OnBoarding of the transplant teams: You will accompany the teams during the first days and provide support so that they comply with all processes of our high quality standards. Accordingly, part of your function is to be Quality Manager and thus contribute to the ongoing development of HAIR & SKIN's reputation

Educational & personal requirements
- You have completed a medical education
- Ideally, you have know-how in the hair transplant industry
- You have an entrepreneurial flair and show an adaptive, responsible and resilient personality
- You have excellent communication skills, show great empathy when working with patients and enjoy working in a team
- You are highly motivated, eager to learn and open for new things
- You speak German and English at at least C1 level and French and/ or Turkish, optionally
