**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Selbstständiges Arbeiten an der Telefonzentrale in einem kleinen Team
- individuelle Bearbeitung verschiedener Gästeanliegen am Telefon, per Mail oder per mobile Chat
- Betreuung der Gäste am Businesscenter
- Weiterleitung entsprechender Anliegen an die passende Abteilung als "Herz des Hauses"
- Anfallende Gäste Korrespondenz in Deutsch und Englisch
- Pflege von hotelinternen Systemen und Programmen
- Pflege unserer Guest Experience Platform
- Annahme und Buchung von Roomservice-Bestellungen
- Gäste Anfragen bearbeiten in Zusammenarbeit mit Empfang und Concierge

**Ihr Profil**:

- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Berufslehre in der gehobenen Hotellerie oder eine abgeschlossene Hotelfachschule
- Sie organisieren strukturiert und kommunizieren gerne in fliessend Deutsch und Englisch
- Sie sind belastbar und ein Teamplayer
- Erweiterte EDV-Kenntnisse
- Sie haben eine selbstständige und sehr gastorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Ihr Kopf ist voller Ideen und Kreativität
- Sie sind bereit, Ihr Bestes zu geben
