Nous sommes à la recherche d’un/e **Team Leader Warehouse **pour rejoindre **équipe de Warehouse**, basée dans notre **site de production **à **Bulle**, **Suisse**.

**Concernant le rôle**

En tant que Team Leader Warehouse, tu es responsable de la gestion de l’équipe de logisticiens, et des opérations de réception, contrôle, étiquetage, prélèvement, mise en stock, approvisionnement et expédition dans le respect des objectifs de lead time établis.

**Vos activités**
- Organiser l’activité du secteur et animer l’équipe de logisticiens.
- Gestion de l’équipe (recrutement, objectifs, évaluation périodique, formation).
- Gérer les attributions des tâches, les congés et les back-ups des équipes afin de garantir la continuité du service.
- Veiller au maintien d'un bon climat social dans les équipes.
- Responsable d'assurer un flux optimal d'expédition et retour depuis l’entrepôt délocalisé dans le respect des limites de saturation de l'entrepôt central.
- Participer à l'élaboration et au déploiement de la feuille de route du magasin.
- Proposer, valider et implémenter les actions d’amélioration visant l’efficacité, le bien-être et la productivité de l’équipe ainsi que les indicateurs s’y référant, en y associant son équipe.
- Assurer le rôle de back-up sur certaines tâches en cas d’absence du Warehouse Manager.
- Responsable de la gestion des inventaires des zones de stockage.

**Intéressé/e ? Pour ce poste, vous devez posséder la formation, l'expérience et les compétences suivantes**:

- Bachelor's Degree en Supply Chain, ou CFC Logistique avec expérience de gestion d’équipe.
- Expérience en gestion d’équipe exigé.
- Organiser le travail du département et mener son équipe en respectant les priorités.
- Résolution des problèmes en faisant preuve d’esprit d’analyse et d’aptitude à la synthèse.
- Connaissance réglementations GxP, ADR, DGR, HSE.
- Méticuleux et consciencieux.
- Esprit d’organisation.
- Esprit d’équipe.
- Autonomie et sens de l’initiative et de l’innovation.
- Capacité à travailler sous pression, à gérer des situations difficiles.
- Être à l'aise dans la gestion de stock par un système ERP.
- Maîtrise des outils informatiques Outlook, Word et Excel
- Excellentes aptitudes de communication.
- Capacité à rédiger en français (orthographe, grammaire, syntaxe), l’anglais sera un plus.
