Team Leader Platform Integration

**Responsibilities**:

- In your role as a Team Leader, you ensure that adequate competence level of your team members (training, methodology, awareness and usage) is met
- You collect and review technical criteria required for installation guidelines for engine integration (incl. EATS)
- You perform the engine integration check in the machine (EBA) and evaluate the reliability of the engine and engine components
- You support customers for engine integration as well as customers' requests
- You ensure the proper test methods and processes, implementation/improvement of development methods, standardization of documentation in regards to integration checks and field test activities on the machines
- You support the planning, coordination and implementation of various test activities and are responsible for the prioritization of activities in the scope of your team
- You cooperate with other technical departments, external development partners and suppliers of components or technical services to ensure effective and efficient project management
- You are in charge to release EBA and field test reports

**Profile**:

- You have at least 2 years of experience in team management and more than 3 years’ experience in engine integration or engine development
- You have successfully completed a master degree in Mechanical engineering
- You have a good knowledge of French, English and German and an excellent command of MS office
- You are very flexible and willing to travel to meet and support our customers
- You stand out for your willingness to build a team and for your analytical thinking. Your innovative approach and excellent organizational skills enable you to structure your ideas and unite your team
