Nous sommes à la recherche d’un/e **Quality Operations QC Team Leader **qui soit** motivé** pour rejoindre notre** Quality Operations département**, base** **dans notre **site de production biotechnologique, pharmaceutique et chimique **à** Bulle, Suisse.**

**Concernant le rôle**

En tant que **Quality Operations QC Team Leader**, vous dirigerez l’équipe de techniciens de laboratoire, afin d’assurer un impact positif sur l’hygiène, la sécurité, l’environnement, la qualité, le temps, les coûts et les personnes ; la mise à l’essai de la mise à l’essai des produits et de soutenir le développement des compétences et des capacités des individus.

**Vos activités**
- Management d’une équipe de techniciens de laboratoire.
- Prendre en main le recrutement des techniciens de laboratoire.
- Coordonner les demandes des stakeholders, planifier les analyses (de routine, hors routine, validation, etc) selon les impératifs, et suivre leurs réalisations.
- Implication dans le processus de libération.
- Management des déviations, investigations, incidents, CAPAs.
- Etre le contact clé QC pour les Stream Produits.
- Participer à la redaction et à l’approbation des documents.
- Participer activement au fonctionnement du laboratoire.
- S’assurer du suivi des activités 5S.
- Initier, suivre et approuver les changements LIMS.
- Assurer le suivi des indicateurs de performance liés à ses activités.
- Participer aux audits internes, externes et aux inspections.
- Participer aux assesments QRM (Quality Risk Managemen).

**Intéressé/e ? Pour ce poste, vous devez posséder la formation, l'expérience, et les compétences suivantes**:

- Bachelor's Degree, ou CFC Laborantin/-e Chimie et une expérience équivalente.
- Management d’une équipe des laborantines / Leadership.
- Connaissances techniques de l'industrie pharmaceutique.
- Expérience en matière d'essais biologiques ou pharmaceutiques.
- Excellentes compétences en matière de communication interpersonnelle, verbale et écrite.
- Capacité à équilibrer des priorités multiples et à faire preuve de leadership.
- Bonnes capacités d'analyse.
- Sens de l'organisation.
- Langues : l'anglais et le français sont obligatoires.
