For our client, multinational Family Office based in the Lucerne area, we are exclusively looking for a dynamic and flexible personality to support the Director of the company as an
**Personal Assistant (m/w/d) 100%.**

**Your responsibilities**
- In this challenging position you will manage independently the family secretariat, being his right hand in all organizational and administrative issues. Moreover, you are responsible for:

- Organization of internal and external meetings and events
- Agenda management, organization of travel routes with comprehensive travel plans
- Time management (mailbox and calendar management)
- Manage correspondence and administration support
- Creation of presentations, expense reports and invitations
- Signing and filing of invoices
- Contact point for various internal and external partners
- Correspondence in English and Russian

**Your profile**
- You have a Bachelor's degree ideally with a further training as Executive Assistant and at 5 years' of professional experience in a similar position in an international company. You offer also:

- Strong Microsoft Office skills, which includes Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Flexible and able to adapt to different priorities
- Perfect knowledge of Russian and English language
- Ability to work under pressure of time and deadlines
- Degree of interpersonal effectiveness to be able to deal with stakeholders across various levels both internally and externally
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Polished, professional approach and the ability to establish and maintain strong interpersonal relationships is necessary
