**STUDENT RECEPTIONIST / ASSISTANT ACCOUNTING**
**(06-15 hours a week in the evenings, plus additional hours mainly between morning an lunch time, substitute during vacation and other absences - with the prospect of more hours through the summer and winter months)**

**General characteristics**:
We are looking for someone who performs clerical, administrative, and general office duties, does office maintenance, document creation, mail distribution and telephone receptions, as well as assistance to the management in ad hoc tasks and personal matters.

Furthermore, some assistance tasks in the accounting department will be part of the duties, therefore no previous knowledge is necessary.

Preferably this person is as student looking for a part time job with the possibility of flexible working hours and being interested to work for a worldwide acting investment company.

**Main tasks**:

- Maintains office files and records in accordance with internal procedures
- Responds to routine requests for information and refers more complex requests to appropriate staff members
- Takes and passes on messages;
- Welcomes visitors and provides for coffee and tea, caters luncheons;
- Maintains reception area, kitchenette and meeting room clean and tidy;
- Filing and preparing of recharging invoices for the accounting team.

**Support co-workers if requested with**:

- Opening, recording, preparing and distributing mail as well as accepting deliveries of parcels;
- Taking and passing on messages;
- Maintaining reception area, kitchenette and meeting room clean and tidy;
- Welcoming visitors and providing for coffee and tea, catering luncheons;
- Responds to routine requests for information and refers more complex requests to appropriate staff members;
- Maintains calendars;
- Scheduling appointments and arranging meetings
- Acting as stand-in if the company’s assistant is absent.

Requirement for employment - current criminal register extract, Minimum A2 German level is required.

Working hours daily either from 10am until 2pm or from 4pm until 7pm; from 2-3 days per week, more working hours based on availability possible as holiday/absence substitute.
